Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time by notifying me using the contact details above:

• Information about your data stored by me and its processing (art. 15 gdpr),
• correction of incorrect personal data (art. 16 gdpr),
• dissolution of your data stored by me (art. 17 gdpr),
• restriction of data processing if I am not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (art. 18 gdpr),
• objection to the processing of your data (art. 21 gdpr) and
• data portability, if you have consented to the data processing (art. 20 gdpr).

If you have consented to the data processing, you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time. This could be the competent authority in your federal state, for example. On the website of the European Data Protection Board you will find a list of supervisory authorities for the individual eu member states.

General data collection when visiting my website

When you access my website, general information is automatically collected. This information is called server log files. They contain, for example, which web browser and which operating system you are using, your ip-adress or the domain name of your internet provider. I process this general information to

• ensure a smooth connection to my website,
• to ensure that my website is accessible and adapts to your device,
• to ensure the security and stability of my website and
• to make my website optimally usable for you.

I do not use your data to draw conclusions about your identity. I may analyse your data in anonymised form in order to optimise my website technically or visually. The processing is based on art. 6 pp. 1 lit f gdpr (legitimate interest). Your data may be received by technical service providers that I commission with the operation and maintenance of my website. Your data will only be collected for this purpose. As soon as they are no longer required for this purpose, they are deleted.

The availability of the general information is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without this data I cannot guarantee the functionality and provision of my website. For this reason, an objection is excluded.

Plausible Analytics

I use Plausible Analytics, a gdpr-, ccpa- and pecr-compliant open source web analytics tool. I don’t care who you are, I’m just curious about how you use my website. That’s why I’ve chosen a tool with privacy in mind. Plausible Analytics doesn’t set any cookies, doesn’t store any information in the browser, and generally doesn’t collect any personal data. Visitors to my website are not identifiable by the information collected.

Your right to object according to Art. 21 gdpr

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you that has been collected based on art. 6 pp. 1 lit. f gdpr. This also applies to profiling within the meaning of art. 4 no. 4 gdpr.

If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed. With two exceptions:

• If I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for data processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms.
• If the data processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of my legal claims.
